To request a return or exchange:

- We will evaluate your case and provide a solution: refund, replacement, or exchange.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind after receiving the product
- Improper use of the product
- Requests made after 7 days of receipt
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
